Early voting access begins at 8:00 AM and closes at 4:00 PM Monday-Friday. All voters in line at 4:00 PM will have an opportunity to vote.
Voters may enter through the doors at the corner of MLK and Walnut or the ADA-accessible entry at the corner of MLK and Locust. Parking for Old National Events Plaza is free and located at the corner of Locust and 9th Streets. Limited ADA-accessible parking is available along 9th and Locust Streets.
Voters must present photo identification meeting the following standards to vote. It must:
- Display the voter's photo
- Display the voter's name, and the name must conform with the voter registration record
- Display and expiration date and either be current or have expired sometime after the date of the last General Election (November 3, 2020)
- Be issued by the State of Indiana or the U.S. government
