Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available upon request from the Box Office in the Main Lobby. A valid driver’s license will be requested as a deposit for the equipment.
ATM
ATM is located in the Main lobby next to the Box Office.
Animals
Trained service animals are welcome to accompany guests inside the facility. If special accommodations are required, please contact us at 812-435-5770. Guests bringing in service animals may not take up additional seats, unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat. Please contact our Box Office regarding your specific service animal.
Alcohol Policy
Indiana State Law prohibits alcohol sales to anyone under the age of 21, therefore guests will be required to show identification and proof of age when purchasing alcohol. Please remember that it is illegal to drive under the influence. As an alternative, Uber and Lyft are available for safe transport from the facility.
Audio/Visual
Our preferred Audio/Visual vendor is Bravo Media. You may bring your own provider or equipment without fee. Please contact your Event Manager for further assistance.

Box Office
The Box Office is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 am-5 pm* and during most ticketed theatre events. Please call the Box Office for specific hours.
*Holidays and special circumstances may affect these hours.
Bag Policy
All purses and bags entering the venue must be clear and no larger than 13"x13". Small clutch purses (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" in size) and medical bags are permitted. Other bags, including diaper bags, are not allowed in the venue.
Some events will not require clear bags, check Know Before You Go for more info. All bags are subject to search. Guests will be required to return prohibited items to their vehicle or discard prior to entry. See Prohibited Items for detail.
Balloons/ Confetti
Helium balloons, glitter and confetti are not permitted at Old National Events Plaza. Non-helium balloons are permitted. A clean up fee may apply. Violation of this policy will result in a fine.

Concessions
A variety of concession options are available at most public events. Outside food and beverage are not permitted into the venue.

Camera Policy
The permitted use of cameras varies by event. However, cameras with professional lenses, detachable lenses or detachable flashes are prohibited from the theatre. Use of video cameras, audio recording devices, and digital cameras in video mode are strictly prohibited. Use of any of these items may results in confiscation or possible ejection from the facility. These are general rules and can be overridden based on the request of a certain attraction or promoter.
Cell Phone Policy
As a courtesy to all patrons, please turn your device to silent during the event.
Credit Card Policy
We accept all major credit cards. An ATM is located in the Aiken Theatre Lobby for your convenience.
Cancellation/Postponed Events
Please contact the point of purchase regarding refund policies for cancelled events. Cancellations and postponements will be announced via our social media platforms and email.

Defibrillator
Defibrillators (AEDs) are located at the receptionist desk in the Aiken Theatre Lobby.

Entrances
For events in Aiken Theatre, entry will be permitted at the Main Lobby on Locust St and the Skywalk from DoubleTree Hotel. Patrons must proceed through security check points before entry is permitted. All other events may permit the use of additional entry points.
Elevators/Escalators
In compliance with ADA, an elevator is accessible to all levels of the Old National Events Plaza. Escalators are provided for the Ballroom only.
Electronic Cigarettes
Old National Events Plaza is a smoke free environment. The use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside of the facility.
Ejection
Violation of any of Old National Events Plaza policies and procedures may result in ejection from the facility.

First Aid
Emergency personnel are on-site for most events. Please contact the nearest staff member, volunteer, or security personnel, if you are in need of assistance. For emergencies, please dial 911, if EMS is not present.
Fire Arms/Weapons
Fire Arms and Weapons are strictly prohibited at Old National Events Plaza.

Guest Conduct
The following actions are grounds for dismissal:
• Possession of Illegal or unauthorized items inside the facility
• Unacceptable or indecent dress
• Public drunkenness
• Use of illegal substances or drugs
• Failure to obey or follow smoking policies
• Underage drinking
• Entering or attempting to enter any “off-limits” areas
• Participating in a fight
• Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating any guests or employees
• The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, on stage or any other areas
Glitter
Glitter is not permitted at Old National Events Plaza. Violation of this policy will result in a fine.

Old National Events Plaza's main lot offers 1100 free spaces adjacent to the facility. ADA accessible parking is available in our main lot facing 9th Street. Limited ADA accessible parking is available on a first come first served basis in front of the venue along Locust Street.

Will Call
Will Call Hours:
Tickets purchased through TM will be ready for pickup one hour prior to showtime (subject to change per show). For specific Will Call information, please call the box office day of show 812.437.8300.
Will Call Location:
Will Call is located in the Atrium of the Old National Events Plaza. For specific Will Call information, please call the box office day of show 812.437.8300.
Requirements for Picking up Tickets from Will Call:
A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets. It is also helpful to present the credit card used for payment, however, this is not required. If someone other than the ticket purchaser is picking up tickets, prior arrangements will need to be made either with TM or the Box Office.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Traveler’s Check, Discover. Personal Checks are accepted 14 business days prior to the event.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available upon request, based on availability.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.
