Old National Events Plaza offers a progressive planning experience. You will work with a team member from each department to ensure no detail goes unnoticed. Catering and audio-visual services are offered “in-house,” so planners can work seamlessly with fewer than three points of contact from advance to execution; which is a unique luxury appreciated by our clients.
Booking Your Event
Our friendly sales staff will help you initiate your experience at Old National Events Plaza. We will assist with reserving space, estimate costs and contract your event. Your sales representative is available to answer questions, guide you through contracting policies, and will follow up with you upon event completion.
Upon booking, an Event Manager will help to ensure no detail is overlooked. As your operational contact, your Event Manager will work with you and your vendors to fine tune the logistics of your event. Let us help with details like room layout, timelines, audio visual, equipment rentals and security. One or more of our helpful Event Managers are always on-site during your entire event.
