The Business Development Manager will lead strategic business growth initiatives for both the convention center and theatre, focusing on developing strategic partnerships, securing new sponsorships, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and market development. ff.

Available Part-Time Positions

All part-time positions are event-based, meaning hours available to work are based on the events being held in the facility.

Cook

Works in the kitchen and concessions stands preparing food items for the facility events, responsible for cleaning of all kitchen equipment and helps facilitate all plate-up delivery and delivery of all food for the prospective functions. This position is part-time and hours are driven by the Old National Events Plaza's event schedule.

Event Security

Event Security is responsible for maintaining high security standards before, during and after events, including theatre shows, conventions, trade shows, etc. This included monitoring patrons during ingress for weapons, proper bag sizes and other event policies. Note: Applicants will be placed in a pool and called as a position becomes available.

Wait Staff
The Catering Server Position performs work to set-up banquets and receptions, serve menu items according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO), clear tables after service and assists in breaking down events. Catering Servers are the face of the Food & Beverage department and should have great customer service skills and a positive attitude. This position is part-time and hours are driven by the Old National Event Plaza's event schedule.
