The Old National Events Plaza Box Office is located just inside the main entrance along Locust Street between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and 9th Street. Please enter through the doors marked Aiken Theatre.

The Box Office will also open during most ticketed events and when new shows go on sale.
Four ticketing widows are available for service at the Box Office. ADA accessible windows are available. The number of windows in service is determined by event needs.
Touchless Ticketing and Entry
Our self-serve kiosks allow for touchless scanning of printed and digital tickets upon arrival. All credit card transactions in the box office are conducted using client-facing card readers to ensure a contactless transaction.
Tickets may be purchased at the Old National Events Plaza Box Office or through www.ticketmaster.com via desktop, mobile devices and the TM app.

Tickets purchased through TM will be ready for pick-up at 3pm day of show (subject to change).
Picking up Tickets
The photo ID of the ticket purchaser is required for pick up. Please also provide the credit card used for payment if possible, though this is not required. If the ticket purchaser is not available for pick up, please make arrangements by contacting TM or the Box Office.
Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Traveler’s Check, Discover. Personal checks are accepted two or more weeks in advance of the show.

Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into the Old National Events Plaza, guests are not permitted to exit and re-enter the venue. Please note, there is no designated smoking area at Old National Events Plaza.
Each event establishes guidelines for children's admission. Please refer to the specific event page for age requirements or contact our Box Office for further information.
Patrons with illegally duplicated tickets will not be permitted into the Old National Events Plaza.
We are happy to reissue tickets if the proof of purchase is provided along with the ticket purchasers' proper ID.
Tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the time or date of the show has been changed. Refunds are available at the point of purchase.
The resale or attempted resale of tickets on Old National Events Plaza property is prohibited by law. Violators will be asked to leave the premises and are subject to arrest and prosecution.
Covid-19 Policies and Practices
Old National Events Plaza is keeping up to date with local and state health guidelines and taking steps to make your return to live events as safe as possible. Health and safety protocols based on current guidance from public officials and theatrical unions may be in place at the time of your performance and may require a face covering, as well as self-health checks against COVID-19 symptoms. In addition, masks, vaccinations and/or proof of negative test may be necessary to gain entry and will be based upon health orders issued, and in effect at the time of your performance.
